About

The bulldog ballerina - graceful, strong, & persevering

History

I was in the principal's office a lot in grade school. I was not in trouble. I wanted to speak with a leader. I have been working with and advising leaders ever since. I grew up in the Quaker school system, being taught that everyone is equal and important. When you believe you are as valuable as the leaders you aspire to be, you can better advocate for yourself and achieve your goal.

I am always a step ahead. My legal training conditioned me to be able to anticipate others' next moves and be prepared to react accordingly. When you are prepared, you can advance strategically.

My sixth sense is seeing connections and identifying hidden opportunities. My work in policy has made me keenly aware of context and the complexities in the public and private sectors. I leverage insights and megatrends to help companies and professionals break out of silos, innovate, and make strategic moves, helping to increase their impact and exposure.

Call me the bulldog ballerina - graceful, strong, and persevering.
